"Ian did a tremendous job during our sitting room refurbishment: skimming walls and artificial fireplace, then applying to a newly built media wall a decorative Venetian plaster, with a texture finish and metallic wax highlighting. Prior to work starting we had several productive discussions regarding the effect we wanted. Ian then worked up sample boards to demonstrate the colour blends and finishes that could be achieved. The end result was just what we wanted and has transformed the room. Ian works to an extremely high professional standard both in wall preparation and plasterwork. "Ian has been our go-to guy for plastering for several years. We started renovating a Victorian property in 2010 and Ian initially did some coving work for us. In 2018, he plastered the entire top floor comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom. I could see from early on that Ian had a brilliant attention to detail and an artistic flair and passion for the work he was doing, so when I found out he was moving in to Venetian plastering I was very keen to get him back for a rather ambitious bathroom renovation in 2022. I had 40 meters square of Venetian plaster covering the walls and the floor to match. The standard of work was amazing, it's very easy to maintain and looks as good today as the day it was done."
